bem nesse aki, precisa ter uma certa atenção
primeiramente você vai baixa o link abaixo e instalar:

apos ter baixando link acima, vai instalar o driver abaixo

basta seguir esses passos, caso seu som não funcione siga os passos abaixo:
1-Atualizar o Windows completamente(todas as atualizoes disponiveis)
2-Entrar no setup(F10 ao ligar o computador) e mudar a opção Audio Onboard para ENABLED. É provável que esteja AUTO.
