SQL server 2008 oldukça eski niye kullanıyorsunuz anlam veremedim.

Neyse , sorun kayıt defteri kaynaklı gibi gözüküyor.

Olası çözüm 1:

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\User Shell Folders

keyine AppData adında Expandable String Value (genişletilebilir dize değeri) ekleyin ve ona şu değeri verin :%userprofile%\Application Data

Olası çözüm 2:

SQL için kullandığınız client tarafındaki programları kaldırın tekrar kurun yani kastettiğim management studio vs..

İlk çözümün mantığı şu sizin erişiminizi reddetmesinin sebebi şu olabilir , normal bir program kurulduğu dizine okuma yazma hakkına sahip olarak kurulmaz ancak her program appdata klasöründe yazma okuma gibi çeşitli hakları default olarak alır.Bu sebepten kayıt defterinde öyle bir değişiklik yapmaktayız.
